3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Final pricing may change if additional issues or necessary repairs are discovered during service. We will communicate any changes and obtain approval before performing additional work whenever possible.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

5. Warranties
